Novice Judge Evaluation Form

Print two copies of the novice evaluation form and present to accredited judges on your team at each show.

Novice judges must print and complete two copies of this form prior to the show. The novice judge should give this form to two of the accredited judges on his/her judging team prior to the start of judging.

The Novice Judges should also give an addressed stamped envelope to each of the Accredited ACS Judges to send the information to the ACS. Mail to the attention of Lorie Huff, American Camellia Society, 100 Massee Lane, Ft. Valley, GA 31030.
